Director Change

Further to previous announcements on 23 April 2012 and 29 May 2012, BrainJuicer (AIM:BJU) confirms that Simon Godfrey retired from his position as a non-executive director of the Company, on 30 September 2012, as planned.

Simon has been a non-executive director since 2003, and the board of directors take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank him for his very significant contribution to the growth of the Company over this period.
