Substantial Shareholder Dealing

The Company has been notified, that Unilever UK Holdings Limited ("Unilever"), a substantial shareholder in the Company, sold 1,667,057 ordinary shares in the Company on the 20 April 2011 at a price of 235 pence per ordinary share.

Following the above transaction, Unilever now no longer holds any interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
