Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 10 July 2014 from Cluny Hill LLP that following a purchase on 9 July 2014, Cluny Hill LLP and its affiliates own a total of 545,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This disclosure is also due to a change in persons subject to the notification whereby the shares previously held by Julian Barnett were transferred to Cluny Hill LLP.

As a result of the above transactions, Cluny Hill LLP directly holds 520,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.11% and Cluny Hill Capital Limited holds 25,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.20% of the issued share capital of the Company.
