BrainJuicer Group PLC ('BrainJuicer' or 'the Company')
Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
The Company has issued and allotted, subject to admission, 11,004 new ordinary
shares of 1p each ('the Shares') under the BrainJuicer Group PLC Share Option
Scheme.
The Shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to AIM. Trading is
expected to commence on AIM on 5 December 2007 ('Admission').
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, following Admission the total number of ordinary shares of
BrainJuicer in issue will be 12,589,518 with each share holding one voting
right. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore,
the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 12,589,518.
The above figure of 12,589,518 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest
in, the share capital of the Company.
