Update re Stefan Barden

System1 Group PLC (AIM: SYS1) announces that further to the announcement on 4^th January 2022, Stefan Barden has today informed the System1 board of directors (the "Board") that he will be stepping down as an adviser to the Board with effect from 31^st March 2022.

Stefan was an adviser to the Board for 3 years, then a director for 18 months as Covid hit (initially as COO, then CEO), before reverting to his role as an adviser to the Board from 31^st January 2022.

Options over 46,995 Ordinary Shares are retained by Stefan Barden and 253,005 share options have been cancelled in accordance with the terms of the System1 Group PLC Non-Employee Plan . He already owns 791,645 Ordinary Shares representing 6.2% of the voting rights.

John Kearon, Founder and CEO, commented:

Stefan Barden commented:
