DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that Stephen Grant and Jim Shears have today purchased through their SIPPs 36,000 and 20,000 ordinary shares respectively at a price of 140 pence per share, representing 0.8% and 0.4% respectively of the Company's voting rights. 

The shares will be held by Brewin Nominees Limited and the beneficial owners of the shares will be SIPPs controlled by Stephen Grant and Jim Shears.

Including these shares, Stephen Grant and Jim Shears each beneficially owns 100,000 ordinary shares and 21,140 ordinary shares representing 2.1% and 0.5% respectively of the Company's voting rights.

The issued share capital of the Company is 6,013,480 ordinary shares of 25 pence of which 1,282,980 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The voting rights of the Company therefore total 4,730,500 ordinary shares.
