                              Directorate changes

Tandem Group plc, the sports & leisure equipment manufacturer and distributor,
announces that Paul Vicary has today resigned from the board and that Stephen 
Grant will be appointed as a Director on 9 June 2005, immediately following 
the Annual General Meeting.

Stephen, 44, commenced employment with MV Sports & Leisure Ltd in 1990 and
joined its board in November of that year. In June 1996 he became Managing
Director of MV Sports Group Plc, which was acquired by Tandem Group plc in  
April 2003.

There is no further information to disclose in respect of Stephen Grant under
paragraph (f) of schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
