Distribution Agreement


Tandem Group plc, manufacturers and distributors of sports and leisure
equipment, are pleased to announce that they have been appointed exclusive
distributors, for the UK and certain European countries, of the Joey Rodolfo and
Resort 2 clothing brands owned by the Double R Corporation of America.


Joey Rodolfo clothing was worn by the United States team in the recent Ryder
Cup.


The agreement will further strengthen the golf business and widen the customer
base of Tandem following the acquisition of Ben Sayers in February 2002.
