BOARD APPOINTMENT
comeleon plc, the imaging company, is pleased to announce the appointment of
Brendan Campbell to the Board with immediate effect.
Brendan Joseph Campbell (37), joined the business in January 2001 and is
currently Operations Director of e-comeleon ltd, the UK arm of the Group.
Brendan Campbell has an honours degree in Industrial Chemistry and extensive
management experience from his 15 years in the manufacturing environment. This
experience includes involvement in various engineering, production, quality and
sales roles. More recently Brendan spent eight years at Viasystems Ltd where he
reached the position of Manufacturing Director at the company's South Tyneside
printed circuit board manufacturing site.
There are no further matters to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (f) of
Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
Commenting on the announcement, Roy Stanley, Chief Executive of comeleon said: '
We are delighted to welcome Brendan to the Board of comeleon. In the time he has
been at the Company he has become an invaluable member of our team and will, I
am confident, play an integral part in the future development of the Group'.
