Tim Robinson (Finance Director) on 12 May 2006, exercised options over 1,433,751
ordinary shares in the Company at a  price of 2p each and 95,000 ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 1p each, totalling 1,528,751.

Tim Robinson is now interested in 1,534,938 ordinary shares in the Company
representing approximately 0.64 per cent. of  the issued share capital.
