The Company was informed on 13 October 2005 by Fidelity Investments that FMR
Corp holds 8,653,000 ordinary shares and  Fidelity International Limited holds
548,300 ordinary shares. These holdings total 9,201,300 ordinary shares in the 
Company, representing 5.06 per cent. of the issued share capital. The notifiable
interests also comprise the notifiable  interest of Mr Edward C Johnson III a
principal shareholder of FMR Corp.
