Comeleon plc
Update re: suspension
Comeleon have today requested the continuation of the current suspension of
trading in its shares.
The suspension announced on 16 April 2003 arose following the announcement by
the Company of talks that could have led to a reverse takeover. Talks with that
target acquisition have now ended.
However, the ending of those talks (and the attendant exclusivity agreement) has
allowed the Board to consider a second proposal received by the company on 16
May 2003, and which may or may not lead to a reverse takeover. The Company is in
the preliminary stages of due diligence on this second proposal and will make
further announcements when appropriate.
