Virtual property tour and Covid-19 vaccination programme and cases update
Target Healthcare (LSE: THRL), the UK listed specialist investor in modern, purpose-built care homes, announces that today it is hosting a virtual property tour for investors. No new material trading information will be disclosed except providing an update on the progress of the Covid-19 vaccination programme and current case numbers in the Group's portfolio.
As of today, the administration of the first dose under the vaccination programme is well advanced in 86 per cent. of the Group's care homes, with commencement expected for the remainder of the portfolio prior to the government target of 31 January. T here are currently confirmed Covid-19 cases in 2.4 per cent. of total portfolio beds across 14 care homes, down from the peak of 3.2 per cent. suspected or confirmed cases of total portfolio beds across 32 care homes during the third week of April 2020.
