TASEKO ANNOUCES PDMR SHARE DISPOSITION

May 17, 2021, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company")  announces that one of its executives, Brian Battison, has advised the Company that he sold a total of 143,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$3.07 per share (approximately £1.80/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
