TASEKO ANNOUnCES PDMR SHARE TRANSACTION

December 3, 2021, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Executives, Brian Bergot, has advised the Company that he exercised a total of 125,000 share options in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$2.66 per share (approximately £1.57/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
