TASEKO ANNOUnCES PDMR SHARE TRANSACTION

June 20, 2023, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Directors, Russell Hallbauer, has advised the Company that he has acquired  options to purchase 65,000 shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of US$0.355 per share (approximately £0.28/share) on the NYSE American exchange.
