Agreement of Debt Facility

The Company today announces that it has renewed and extended its existing debt facility by £1.5million. The amended facility is for £4million, consisting of a £3million 3 year revolving bank facility and a £1million three year term loan. The facility provides an additional finance stream, in addition to the Company's existing cash resources, to allow continued expansion of the Company's restaurant estate.
