Director's Appointment


The Company is pleased to announce that Julia Fleet is to join the Board as an
executive director with immediate effect. Julia has had a long career in
catering and has previously been chief executive of ASK Restaurants and an
executive director of Gondola Group.


There is nothing further to disclose in relation to the appointment of Mrs Fleet
under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
