8^th Integrated Report & Annual Accounts for FY2022-23 of Tata Steel Limited

This is further to our disclosure dated May 2, 2023 wherein Tata Steel Limited ('Company') had inter alia informed that the 116^th AGM of the Company will be held on Wednesday,
July 5, 2023.

Please find enclosed herewith:

a.   the Notice of the 116^th AGM scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at
3:00 p.m. (IST) via two-way Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means.

b.   the 8^th Integrated Report & 116^th Annual Accounts of the Company for FY 2022-23 ('Integrated Report')

c.   Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2022-23 ('BRSR')

The Notice along with the Statement forms part of Integrated Report. The BRSR also forms part of the Integrated Report.
