Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') was informed that 3,484 ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') were released on 3 July 2023 to Tamsin Vine, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, in accordance with the Restricted Share Award that was granted to her on 11 November 2021. 1,638 shares were withheld to satisfy tax obligations arising on the release of the Shares. As a result, Ms. Vine acquired and retained a total of 1,846 Shares. For tax purposes, the market value of the Shares was 722 pence per Share. No consideration was paid for the acquisition of these Shares.
