Appointment of non-executive director

Titanium Asset Management Corp., the multiproduct asset management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tal Raz as a non-executive director of the Company.  Mr. Raz has been appointed by Clal Finance Ltd, Titanium's largest shareholder, pursuant to the terms of the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of the Company at the time of admission of the Company to AIM.

Mr Raz, a certified public accountant (US), is currently Chief Executive Officer of Clal Finance, Israel's largest financial institution providing an array of financial services. From 2005 Mr Raz served as Cellcom Israel Ltd's Chief Financial Officer and prior to joining Cellcom, he was Chief Financial Officer of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd. From 1997 to 2001 he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Elbit Ltd. 

Tal Raz Peretz, aged 48, holds or has held over the past five years the following directorships and partnerships.
