Appointment of director

Titanium Asset Management Corp., the multiproduct asset management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ron Braverman as a director of the Company.  Mr. Braverman has been appointed by Clal Finance Ltd, Titanium's largest shareholder, pursuant to the terms of the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of the Company at the time of admission of the Company to AIM.

From 1990 to 2002, Mr. Braverman, 46, held a number of senior positions at Citibank N.A. including heading its Financial Institutions Group for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. Since 2002, Mr. Braverman has been the Managing Member of Danover Capital, a privately held investment company, and he sits on the supervisory board of FIB Management AG. Mr. Braverman is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced with regard to this appointment under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
