Exercise of Warrant

Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the on-platform discretionary fund management (DFM) and IFA support services business announces that it has issued 1,118,151 new ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise by Zeus Capital Investments Limited (the holding company of Tatton's nominated adviser and joint broker) of its entire warrant over new shares in the Company, at an exercise price of £1.56 per share, which was granted at the time of the Company's IPO.  As a result of the warrant exercise, the Company will receive cash proceeds on exercise of £1,744,316. There are no remaining warrants over shares in the Company.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 57,889,065. Accordingly, the figure of 57,889,065 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 24 November 2020 ("Admission").  Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
