Titanium Asset Management Corp. (the 'Company') (AIM: TAM) announces that it was
notified on 5 May 2008 that, following an acquisition of common shares in the
Company on 1 May 2008, Clal Finance Ltd is interested in 10,485,400 common
shares in the Company, representing 51.3 per cent. of the issued common shares.
Clal Finance Limited has also notified the Company that it holds 10,485,400
warrants to subscribe for common shares
