Notice of AGM

Tatton Asset Management plc (AIM: TAM), the investment management and IFA support services group, announces that its 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday 18 August 2020 at 11:00am.

The Annual Report and the Notice of AGM have been distributed to shareholders and can be found on the Company's website at:  https://www.tattonassetmanagement.com/financial-reports .  

As a result of the current Government restrictions and in line with the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, the AGM will be run as a closed meeting and will not be held in a particular place. Shareholders may not attend this year's AGM in person. All shareholders are asked to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy electronically or by post as soon as possible; these must be received by no later than 11:00am on Friday 14 August 2020. Shareholders who wish to appoint a proxy are encouraged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy. If a shareholder appoints someone else as their proxy, that proxy will not be able to attend the meeting in person in order to cast the shareholder's vote. Proxy instructions which include the ability to lodge proxies electronically or to request a proxy card are set out in the Notice of AGM.
