Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or the "Company"), has been notified that in order to fulfil a personal financial commitment forming part of a divorce settlement, Malcolm Harper has transferred 13,200,000 shares at nil value to his former spouse.

Following this transaction, Mr Harper is interested in 13,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 2.30 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
