Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or the "Company"), has been notified that Brian Raven, Chief Executive, and Oliver Cooke, Chairman, today purchased 500,000 shares and 454,000 shares respectively at a price of 2.145 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Brian Raven is interested in 64,355,712 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 11.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Oliver Cooke is interested in 26,642,556 representing 4.63 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
