Tavistock announces that the Company's Chief Executive, Brian Raven, has made an off-market purchase of 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 1.5p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Raven is interested in 67,422,362 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 11.09 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he holds performance related options over an aggregate total of 31,600,000 shares with exercise prices ranging from 5.25p per share to 6.5p per share.
