Resignation of non-executive director

Bright Things (BGT.L) today announced the resignation of non-executive director
Charles Fairbairn. The board wishes to thank Charles for his contribution to
the Group over the past 3 years and wish him every success with his recently
announced chairmanship of Brightview plc.
The board have reached agreement with a replacement non-executive director to
join the board. Appropriate formalities are being completed and an announcement
confirming the appointment will be made shortly.
