GRANT OF OPTIONS
21 September 2006
Bright Things plc ('the Company') announces that on 20 September 2006 it granted
options to the directors and certain employees and contractors of the Company.
A total of 875,000 options have been granted including the following to
directors of the Company:

Matthew Tims(1) 250,000
Ian Livingstone(1) 250,000
Adrian Moores (2) 250,000
They are exercisable at a price of 13.5p per share, equivalent to the valuation
of the shares at the closing middle market price on 19 September 2006.
(1) The options were granted under a separate contract, one-third exercisable
for a period from 1 to 10 years from the date of grant; one third
exercisable for a period from 2 to 10 years from date of grant; one-third
exercisable for a period from 3 to 10 years from date of grant.
(2) These options are granted within the rules of Bright Things plc share
schemes and are exercisable at any time between 3 and 10 years from the
date of grant.
