8,000,000 shares were purchased as part of the Placing of new ordinary shares in Bright Things Plc announced on 6 April 2009. The holding of the 8,210,000 in Bright Things Plc by Navigator Equity Solutions SE shares as announced on 21 April 2009, had been built up prior to the 6 April 2009 Placing, although Bright Things were only notified of the interest on 21 April 2009.
