Bright Things Plc ('Bright Things' or 'the Company')
Bright Things has today been informed of the following:
At close of business on 29 March 2005, The Goldman Sachs Group Inc.,('GS Inc')
was interested, by attribution only in a total of 806,000 shares. The interest
in these 806,000 shares arose from an interest held by Goldman, Sachs & Co., a
wholly-owned direct subsidiary of GS Inc. acting as custodian for its customers.
These shares are, or will be registered in the name of Goldman Sachs
Securities (Nominees), Limited. These shares represent 4.09 per cent of the
issued share capital.
Further, Cane Capital Management LLP, in its capacity as investment manager to
Cane Master Fund Limited, no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
