SocialGO, the AIM-quoted developer and provider of software which allows groups to build their own on-line social networks, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on 10 June 2011 at the offices of Faegre & Benson LLP, 7 Pilgrim Street, London EC4V 6LB.  

The Notice of AGM and the Company's report and accounts for the period ended 31 December 2010 have been posted to shareholders and are also available to download from the Company's website www.socialgoplc.com/shareholders.html.
