Result of General Meeting

Further to the announcement of 24 December 2009, Bright Things Plc ("Bright Things" or "Company") is pleased to announce that at the general meeting of the Company held this afternoon all resolution proposed were passed. Accordingly the initial consideration shares for the acquisition of Get On With It Limited and the shares being subscribed for in cash, amounting in aggregate to 51,666,667 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, will be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 12 January 2010.
