Further Listing

Application has been made for a block listing of 700,000 new ordinary shares of
25 pence each of Taylor Woodrow plc to be admitted to the Official List of the
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares
will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

These ordinary shares are to be issued as a result of future exercises of
options under the Taylor Woodrow Group Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.
