Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing totalling 4,900,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Taylor Wimpey plc ('the Company') to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

The Block Listing consists of 4,900,000 shares to be issued under the Taylor Wimpey Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') (the Taylor Wimpey Performance Share Plan 2013 award - on vesting in March 2016).

When issued, these shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will commence on or shortly after 21 December 2015.
