Thames Water Plc confirms that the resignation of David Luffrum as Finance and
Planning Director of Thames Water will be effective from 30 April 2000. His
resignation was first announced in October 1999 and Chris Bunker joined the
Company as Group Finance Director on 1 April 2000.
