In box 4 Chase Nominees Ltd should read 9,423,323 and not 8,907,957 as
previously shown.

In box 12 the total holding should read 50,147,778 and not 49,632,412 as
previously shown.

In box 13 the total percentage holding of issued class should read 13.126% and
not 12.991% as previously shown.
