The Company has been notified that Margaret Ford, Baroness Ford of Cunninghame, a non-executive director of Taylor Wimpey plc, has been appointed a non-executive director of STV Group plc with effect from 1^st June 2013. The Company has been advised, further, that she will become non-executive Chairman of STV Group plc following the retirement of the present incumbent on 31^st August 2013.

This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
