The price used to calculate the awards was 16.25p being the average mid-market close price for Taylor Wimpey plc shares for the three days prior to the date of the awards on 16 October 2008.

The vesting of awards under the TWSOP and TWPSP is subject to the achievement of performance criteria measured at the end of a three year performance period from the date of grant.
