The acquisition was made in London registered in the name of HSDL Nominees Limited as follows:

23,000 shares in the name of Mrs Nicole Mangold (a connected person) at a price of 48.28 pence per share.

This notification is made on 10 April 2012 in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4.
