Taylor Wimpey plc: Taylor Wimpey 2008 Executive Incentive Scheme - Share Deferral
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company has been advised that on 25 March 2015 conditional deferred share bonus awards were granted under the Taylor Wimpey 2008 Executive Incentive Scheme ("TWEIS") to the individuals named below.
Under the TWEIS, Executive Directors are required to defer a proportion of their gross cash bonus into shares in the Company for a period of three years. The Directors listed below have the following interest in shares as conditional deferred share bonus awards under the TWEIS with each amount equivalent to 33% of their 2014 gross cash bonus:

The number of shares subject to conditional deferred share bonus awards was calculated on the basis of a price per share of 156.60 pence (being the mid market closing share price on 24 March 2015 of the Company's shares on the London Stock Exchange).
