TAYLOR WOODROW plc
Taylor Woodrow announces today the departure by mutual consent of its Finance
Director, Mr. Adrian Auer, on 11th October, 2002.
The company is to relocate its central offices from Staines, Middlesex to
Solihull in the West Midlands where its primary housebuilding operation, Bryant
Homes, is already based.
Regretfully because of personal family considerations, Mr. Auer is unable to
move to the Midlands.
Adrian has played an important part in implementing change at Taylor Woodrow
since he joined the company just over two years ago. The board wishes him and
his family well for the future.
Arrangements for recruiting a successor are in hand. In the meantime, the
company has the benefit of a well-qualified team of financial professionals, who
will assume day to day management of our financial operations until such time as
a new Finance Director is appointed.
