Taylor Woodrow Appoints Non-Executive Director
13 October 2003 - Taylor Woodrow plc, the housing and development company,
announces today the appointment with immediate effect of Michael Davies (56)
to its board as a non-executive director.
Mr Davies who is also Chairman of Baxi Group Ltd, has a strong background in the
building supplies industry. His experience will be of considerable value to the
newly enlarged Taylor Woodrow following its recent acquisition of Wilson
Connolly Holdings plc.
A former director for eight years of Williams Holdings plc, with mainboard
responsibility for global interests in building and security products, he has
been an active member of the Construction Products Association where he was
chairman of its economic forecasting panel
In connection with the appointment of Michael Davies to its board, Taylor
Woodrow plc confirms that there are no details requiring disclosure under
paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services
authority.
