TAYLOR WOODROW plc ('the Company')
Further to the announcements made on 2 November 2006, Taylor Woodrow is pleased
to announce that Ian R. Smith has been appointed as a director of the Company
and as Group Chief Executive with effect from 2 January 2007. He succeeds Iain
Napier who retired from the board on 31 December 2006 having served as Chief
Executive since 2002.
The Company re-confirms that there are no further matters relating to Ian
Smith's appointment that it is obliged to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 of the
Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
