Further to the preliminary results announced on 23 May 2000,
it  has been agreed with the London Stock Exchange that  the
record date for the final dividend payment, to be paid on  2
April 2001, will be brought forward to Friday 4 August 2000.
The  shares  will be marked ex-dividend on  Monday  31  July
2000.
