Following the completion of the merger of Taylor Woodrow plc and George Wimpey
Plc on 3rd July 2007, Taylor Wimpey plc is pleased to announce the date of its
interim results announcement and the appointment of its Corporate Brokers.


Interim Results Announcement

Taylor Wimpey plc will be announcing its interim results for the period ended 30
June 2007 on Tuesday 31 July 2007 at 7:00am.

At 9:00am that day there will be a presentation by management for analysts at
UBS, 100 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 2RH.
