Taylor Woodrow plc ('Taylor Woodrow') announces that the offer document in
relation to the recommended offer (the 'Offer') for Wilson Connolly plc ('Wilson
Connolly'), announced today, is being posted to Wilson Connolly shareholders.
Taylor Woodrow is also posting today a circular to its own shareholders
convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 9 a.m. on 24 September
2003 to approve, inter alia, the acquisition of Wilson Connolly.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority
and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
