Taylor Woodrow plc ('the company') announces that it has today (24.9.99)
purchased 2,000,000 ordinary 25p shares of the company in the market under the
terms of the existing share repurchase programme.
The shares, which were purchased at a price of 150p per share, will be
cancelled.
