Share buyback programme
Taylor Woodrow plc ('the company') announces that on 11 September, 2001 it
purchased for cancellation 105,000 of its 25p ordinary shares at prices
between 178 pence and 177 pence per share.
So far, 8,195,000 shares have been re-purchased since the programme began on 5
September 2001. This equates to approximately 1.41 per cent of the company's
total issued share capital.
The purchases were made by the company pursuant to the authorisation granted
at its Annual General Meeting on 31 May, 2001 under Section 163 Companies Act
1985.
Further shares will be purchased by the company from time to time in the
market at prevailing market prices.
